Without uniqueness, your customers will treat you like a commodity. They will do business based solely on price and convenience to them.
What makes your company unique? What value and benefit do you deliver to your customers that your competitors cannot deliver? Do your customers know that you provide this value to them? Do they perceive its importance? Do they understand clearly the difference you make to them?
