Results Beyond What is Predictable

As entrepreneurs, each day is an opportunity to operate our businesses, as well as our very lives, in such a manner that we are creating extraordinary business results.

To operate our businesses at this level requires that we step outside the constraints of our histories, our circumstances, our limitations-and take a stand for the achievement of goals that are bigger than we currently view ourselves and our businesses to be, that are beyond what we know how to accomplish, beyond what is predictable, what we can expect.
When we are creating extraordinary business results, we have specific measurable outcomes that are beyond the predictable which we intend to create in a given time period. Our commitment, responsibility ("ability to respond"), and passion are such that we create our intentions as a result-no matter what. No excuses. To produce ordinary results is to accept that a good excuse is the same as the result.

When we are creating extraordinary business results, we see our businesses and our circumstances differently. Opportunities that never existed before are now staring at us, calling us into action. We are called forth to be and act in new ways, to risk what we already know, what is comfortable, for something that is beyond our old self imposed limitations.

When we are creating extraordinary business results, we are not stopped by circumstances. Problems are seen instead as opportunities for creative solutions and new approaches. Fear becomes the guidepost for the next territory to be conquered, not something from which to run. Problems, fear, circumstances, etc., do not stop bold entrepreneurs-those that produce extraordinary results.
