But I Already Know Everything!

As Entrepreneurs, one of the most insidious characteristics which result in our failure to produce extraordinary business results is our own arrogance that makes us believe that we already know everything.

Extraordinary successful business people are expert listeners and learners. They know that everything they currently know has produced what they have today. If they want greater results to be produced they must listen, learn, change and grow so the business can as well.

Look at your business... Are you doing the same things and expecting different results? If you want to different results you are going to have to change who you are being and what you are doing. Start listening, learning, changing, and growing.
