| "12 O'CLOCK HIGH"
A Leadership and Management Workshop designed for entrepreneurs and their employees.
In 1949, a classic black and white motion picture was produced starring Gregory Peck. As a film it stands as a dramatic tribute to the creative craft of filmmaking... but as a management training tool, it is a virtual GIANT.
Twelve O'clock High is a saga of the fledgling American Air Force in Great Britain with the objective of establishing precision daylight bombing as a tactical weapon during World War II. Gregory Peck is requested to assume the leadership role in rebuilding a demoralized, struggling bomber squadron.
Together, with your team, we will analyze the leadership situation of General Frank Savage, (Gregory Peck).
We will review and analyze various management styles with focus on:
Defining problems
Decision making
Corrective action techniques
Discipline
Delegation
Morale building
Accountability
Handling confrontation
Teamwork
Leadership
This entertaining Workshop will make you think about what you, as an entrepreneur, leader and manager, are doing on a daily basis. We will challenge you to be aware of your leadership style, approach, strengths, weaknesses and what impact you are having on your Company's management team and ultimately on your Company's productively, profits and growth.
